F&B Manager wanted
The facilities are due to open in Summer/Autumn 2021 ( subject to COVID restrictions) and we would like someone to join us to help plan the launch, recruitment and running of the bistro.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a dedicated hospitality pro who has a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience. You are passionate about the industry and thrive in a busy, customer facing environment. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in and have strong managerial experience which allows you to inspire and lead a large team. You are good with figures, stock and ordering and a wizard at dealing with customer queries. You know regulars by name and their favourite dish to order.
We are a Wellness led development, set amongst 3.5 acres of manicured lawns and woodlands, Along with the beauty salon we have a Spa boasting both an indoor and outdoor experience – which will work closely with the bistro/restaurant.
What are we looking for
We are looking for someone who would treat this role as if it was their own business and would also be given the relevant decision making power to really take the bistro to another level. Based around health and wellness we want to create a real interactive experience with our clients.
You will be working closely with the Spa Director to support the running of the wellness centre and work towards a healthy lifestyle menu .

As a restaurant manager, you'll need to:
⦁ take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
⦁ analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
⦁ organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
⦁ prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
⦁ create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
⦁ set budgets or agree them with senior management
⦁ plan and coordinate menus, working closely with the chef
⦁ coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team
⦁ recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
⦁ respond to customer queries and complaints
⦁ meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices
⦁ maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
⦁ check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash
⦁ comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.
